How To Apply

Complete our universal Application for Service for any Rising Treetops at Oakhurst services. You can request a paper application by calling 732-531-0215 or by emailing services@risingtreetops.org, or you can download and print a copy of our universal Application for Service. Applications are received throughout the year.

Application Process

Submit Your Application

Submit the completed Application for Service along with all required supporting documents.

Complete the Intake Interview

Participate in an intake interview (in person or by Zoom/video chat).

Application Review

Rising Treetops will determine the applicant’s appropriateness for services based on individual needs and staffing model.

Placement Confirmation

Placement is confirmed based on availability of space.

Application Review and Next Steps

After completion of a personal interview, camp staff will assess your needs to see if Rising Treetops at Oakhurst is right for you. Staff case conferences typically occur weekly. If you have not heard from us in two weeks or more, please call us.
