2024-2025 Overnight Respite Calendar
All ages and disabilities will be considered for placement in all Rising Treetops respite sessions. We will be holding 7-night and 5-night overnight respite sessions from September 2024 through early June 2025 as follows (the 5-night sessions are marked as such; all the others are 7-nights):

Session 7, 2024/25: 12/3/24 to 12/10/24
Session 8, 2024/25: 12/15/24 to 12/20/24 (5 nights)
Session 9, 2024/25: 1/8/25 to 1/15/25
Session 10, 2024/25: 1/18/25 to 1/25/25
Session 11, 2024/25: 1/28/25 to 2/4/25
Session 12, 2024/25: 2/7/25 to 2/14/25
Session 13, 2024/25: 2/17/25 to 2/24/25
Session 14, 2024/25: 3/1/25 to 3/8/25
Session 15, 2024/25: 3/11/25 to 3/18/25
Session 16, 2024/25: 3/21/25 to 3/28/25
Session 17, 2024/25: 3/31/25 to 4/7/25
Session 18, 2024/25: 4/11/25 to 4/18/25
Session 19, 2024/25: 4/21/25 to 4/26/25 (5 nights)
Session 20, 2024/25: 4/29/25 to 5/6/25
Session 21, 2024/25: 5/9/25 to 5/16/25
Session 22, 2024/25: 5/18/25 to 5/23/25 (5 nights)
Session 23, 2024/25: 5/28/25 to 6/4/25
These sessions have limited slots and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Please know all staff at Rising Treetops are fully COVID-vaccinated and have at least one booster shot. We continue to require all clients and campers at Rising Treetops to also be fully COVID-vaccinated and have at least one COVID-vaccination booster shot, if booster shot-eligible, before arriving for a respite or summer camp session.

2025 Summer Camp (Overnight) Calendar
Below is the 2025 Summer Camp Calendar! If you would like to apply for a 2025 Summer Camp session, registration will begin in mid-December. Look for our postal mailing and emails with all the updated information and forms. See the Summer Camp section of this website for details on the camp and application process. Our Summer Camp 2025 session schedule is as follows:
June 13 to June 20, 2025 – Adult Session
June 23 to June 27, 2025 – Autism Session 1 (All ages)
June 30 to July 11, 2025 – General Session 1 (All ages)
July 14 to July 25, 2025 – General Session 2 (All ages)
July 28 to August 8, 2025 – General Session 3 (All ages)
August 18 to August 22, 2025 – Autism Session 2 (All ages)
August 24 to August 29, 2025 – Summer Send-Off (All ages)
All requests for services for any of our respite or summer camp sessions can only be made after a full application is completed (see Registration section) and current within 12 months, an in-person interview is held, and Rising Treetops at Oakhurst notifies the client or client family the applicant is accepted and eligible for services.
