2024 Summer Camp (Overnight) Calendar
If you would like to apply for a 2024 Summer Camp session, limited space is still available in certain sessions. See the Summer Camp section of this website for details on the camp and application process. Our Summer Camp 2024 session schedule is as follows:
June 14 to June 21, 2024 – Adult Session Session completed
June 24 to June 28, 2024 – Autism Session 1 (All ages) Session completed
July 1 to July 12, 2024 – General Session 1 (All ages) Session completed
July 15 to July 26, 2024 – General Session 2 (All ages) Session completed
July 29 to August 9, 2024 – General Session 3 (All ages) Session is full; waitlist only
August 19 to August 23, 2024 – Autism Session 2 (All ages) Session is full; waitlist only
August 25 to August 30, 2024 – Summer Send-Off (All ages) Session is full; waitlist only
All requests for services for any of our respite or summer camp sessions can only be made after a full application is completed (see Registration section) and current within 12 months, an in-person interview is held, and Rising Treetops at Oakhurst notifies the client or client family the applicant is accepted and eligible for services.
2024-2025 Overnight Respite Calendar
All ages and disabilities will be considered for placement in all Rising Treetops respite sessions. We will be holding 7-night and 5-night overnight respite sessions from September 2024 through early June 2025 as follows (the 5-night sessions are marked as such; all the others are 7-nights):

Session 6, 2024/25: 11/18/24 to 11/25/24
Session 7, 2024/25: 12/3/24 to 12/10/24
Session 8, 2024/25: 12/15/24 to 12/20/24 (5 nights)
Session 9, 2024/25: 1/8/25 to 1/15/25
Session 10, 2024/25: 1/18/25 to 1/25/25
Session 11, 2024/25: 1/28/25 to 2/4/25
Session 12, 2024/25: 2/7/25 to 2/14/25
Session 13, 2024/25: 2/17/25 to 2/24/25
Session 14, 2024/25: 3/1/25 to 3/8/25
Session 15, 2024/25: 3/11/25 to 3/18/25

Please know all staff at Rising Treetops are fully COVID-vaccinated and have at least one booster shot. We continue to require all clients and campers at Rising Treetops to also be fully COVID-vaccinated and have at least one COVID-vaccination booster shot, if booster shot-eligible, before arriving for a respite or summer camp session.
