Facility Rental

Rising Treetops at Oakhurst (RTO) is a great destination for your next group trip, staff development training, or group workshop. Our facility rental can accommodate day-use and overnight needs. All rental/user groups must be non-profit organizations. Rentals to for-profit organizations or individuals is not permitted.


RTO has implemented policies related to COVID-19 and employees, clients and campers that work or receive in services on its buildings and grounds. All outside user/rental groups are strongly encouraged to follow the following policies in place for RTO’s employees, clients and campers:  Since June 2021 RTO has required all its employees, clients and campers to be fully COVID-19 vaccinated to work or receive services at our Oakhurst, New Jersey campus. RTO has also required COVID-19 booster shots, once booster shot-eligible, for all its employees, volunteers, clients and campers to work or receive services at our Oakhurst, New Jersey campus.


Depending on the season and scheduling, groups who rent our facility may have access to our nature walks, grassy lawns, children’s ball field, campfire site, heated pool with a retractable roof, and more! User groups also may use our gymnasium, recreation hall with stage and film/video projection, large dining room, and activities classrooms including arts/crafts, cooking, iPad-based media arts, music and drama.


Sleeping arrangements and food requirements can be tailored to a group’s specific needs. Rates vary according to group requirements. Assistance with transportation may be available. Day-use can be for up to 150 people and overnight accommodations can be provided for up to 108 individuals.


All or specific areas within Rising Treetops at Oakhurst’s 15 acres and 12 buildings can generally be rented from September to June, schedule permitting.
